The Habitats Collection in Jepara has been in business since 2002 crafting custom furniture and decor for our clients from the USA, Europe and the Middle East.
Our skilled craftsmen specializes in hand crafting traditional and contemporary designs from reclaimed and sustainable grown woods. We work mostly with reclaimed Teak, Tamarind and Meh woods.
We use reclaimed wood whenever possible to protect our fragile environment in Indonesia and prevent further deforestation.
All other wood is provided by certified suppliers and replaced by planting new trees with our own tree planting program
Besides providing custom furniture for our clients in the retail business we have supplied numerous resorts, hotels and restaurants with their specific custom furniture and decor.
We also manufacture panel home building systems with wooden SIP panels and 3D insulated concrete panels for our domestic market and for delivery to home sites overseas.
The systems are extremely earthquake resistent and widely used all over the world these days for efficient and sustainable building especially in areas prone to repeated natural desasters.
